• Emails: whatever you choose to tell EcoAir when you get in touch.

Why EcoAir uses it

EcoAir uses this information to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes, and take the steps needed to provide a survey if you go ahead. The legal basis is EcoAir's legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and, where you ask for a quote, taking steps at your request before a contract is made. EcoAir does not send marketing messages without your permission.

Who else sees it

Your details are seen only by EcoAir and by the companies that provide its website hosting and email, who process them on EcoAir's behalf. EcoAir does not sell personal information.

How long it is kept

Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry, and for up to 24 months afterwards. If work goes ahead, records are kept for as long as needed for business, tax and legal purposes.

• This website uses a single cookie that protects the contact form from misuse. It is strictly necessary for the form to work. It does not track you and is not used for advertising.
• The website loads its typeface (Montserrat) from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser contacts Google's servers, which means your IP address is shared with Google.

Your rights

You can ask EcoAir for a copy of the information it holds about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, ask EcoAir to restrict how it is used, or object to its use. Email contact@eccoair.info to do any of these.
